Once you have verified and received your complete order and Art to Art is satisfied with its integrity, we will process and deliver it. To expedite the delivery process, we recommend providing an emailed payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin payment processing on the next business day.
Delivery will be made to your front door, requiring a signature upon receipt. We will collaborate with you to schedule a convenient delivery time. You must be present at the agreed time, as failure to do so may result in additional charges for the delivery fee. Your acceptance of the delivery confirms that the artwork arrived undamaged.
A dispatch from our Melbourne gallery will be arranged when placing your order. You will receive an email or text confirmation with an expected delivery date.
