1. Each piece we create is as unique as you. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in pattern, colour, texture, size, and design may occur. These are not defects, but rather a testament to our bespoke approach. We will keep you informed about any changes during the production process.
2. Product Availability Our website showcases our portfolio of creations. While some unique pieces are available for outright purchase, most of our designs need to be ordered for remaking. Please note that 80% of our stock is already sold, but we do have items in our clearance section. We specialise in creating unique, commissioned artwork pieces, so if you see something you love, don’t hesitate to place an order!
3. Our creations are delicate, so handle them with care and keep them out of children’s reach. We strive to provide high-quality products and services, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from using our products or services.
4. Each order comes with care instructions. We are not responsible for damage due to improper care or accidental damages. Production times may vary as our products are handmade. We will provide an estimated completion date at the time of order.
5. Product Delivery: At Studio Forever Bloom, we take immense pride in our efficient and dependable delivery service. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in impeccable condition. We provide shipping options both within Australia and globally, with the shipping costs determined at the point of purchase. We entrust our products to reputable courier services for shipping. However, please note that we cannot be held accountable for any delays or damages that might occur during transit. For substantial orders, we advise considering the purchase of insurance for added security. 
6. For our valued local customers, we offer convenient pick-up options as well as complimentary delivery within a 20km radius from Mernda (terms and conditions apply). 
7. We welcome custom orders and will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Please note that custom orders may take longer to produce and are non-refundable. 
8. Our clearance items are readily available products that we have kept in our storage due to space limitations. These items are heavily discounted as we want to manage our space limitations effectively. 
9. All designs, products, and images are our property. We take pride in our original designs and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to sustainability, using recycled and eco-friendly materials whenever possible.

2. Return Eligibility: We aim for your 100% satisfaction by offering product previews before delivery and accommodating necessary adjustments – conditions apply. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your handcrafted artwork. Please note, due to the custom-made nature of our products, we can only accept partial returns.
3. Refunds: If a return is necessary, we can offer a refund up to 40% of the original purchase price, reflecting the custom nature of our products and the resources invested in their creation. However, if the product has a significant defect, you’re entitled to a negotiated full refund or replacement.
4. Repairs and Replacements: If the product doesn’t meet acceptable quality standards and the issue isn’t a major failure, you’re entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced. Please note, delivery for this must be arranged by the customer. Alternatively, we can provide a replacement product, subject to the same 40% rule as refunds unless the product has a major failure.
5. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and product details. We’ll respond promptly with return instructions.
6. Shipping Costs: You’ll be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Our silk floral decorations are delicate and require careful handling. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
3. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. We occasionally offer promotions to thank our customers for their support.
4. 60% of the payment is required at the time of ordering. Prices may vary based on materials and complexity. We strive to provide fair pricing for our high-quality, handmade products.
5. Our products come with a limited warranty. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
6. We encourage respectful social media engagement. We love hearing from our customers and seeing how our products are used in your homes and events.
7. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked on our site.
8. By providing your email, you consent to receive our communications. We may send you updates, promotions, and other information related to our products and services.

2. b) All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of our business or our content suppliers. This content is protected by international copyright laws.
3. c) We reserve the right to terminate user accounts at our discretion. Any violation of the terms may result in the immediate suspension of the user’s account and access to our services. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time.

If you have an issue, contact us immediately. We aim to resolve concerns within 7 business days from when they are raised. We advise a preliminary phone call, followed by a detailed written communication through our contact form.
